The Continuous Integration and Testing Conference, CITCON Asia Pacific was held last weekend at the Jasper Hotel. It brought technology professionals together to explore ideas around continuous integration, an area where software development and testing meet.

Being held on a weekend meant that only dedicated people attended the conference (as it wasn’t a day off work). Over 150 people from across Australia and New Zealand attended the 16 sessions.

Stuart Moncrieff from JDS Australia co-hosted a session on performance testing for projects that use continuous integration. Paul King (co-author of Groovy in Action) added his own experiences integrating performance testing with build automation software.
