JDS announces new support services

JDS, a leading IT consulting company that specialises in application performance through technical testing and IT monitoring, today announced their latest IT support service for clients.

Developed in response to market demands for faster service, greater issue resolution, and access to local expertise, JDS has rolled-out a multi-level support service around HP Software, CA Technologies, and other leading solutions.

“JDS has developed core testing and monitoring expertise that provides highly skilled, local and responsive support consultants. This ensures that testing and monitoring applications are kept healthy, utilised, and current, giving clients a better return on their investment,” said Trevor Murray, Support Manager, JDS.

The support service levels have been categorised as Base Support, Standard Care, and Total Care, with the flexibility of extending to additional services if required, including quick access to onsite consultants for troubleshooting.
“JDS Support achieves significant service levels including 100% of all calls being responded to within two hours. First call resolution is also targeted at 90%,” said Murray.

Available to existing JDS clients as well as organisations that use HP Software and CA Technologies in the testing and monitoring space, the support services include system healthchecks, product roadmaps, complete issue resolution, and proactive monitoring.

“The new support offering has hit the ground running with existing clients already rolling across to Standard Care and Total Care to prevent the risk of IT failure,” said Murray.

Already having a strong track-record in client support, the new support categories will broaden the leading footprint JDS holds in technical testing and IT monitoring.

“Adopting JDS as our primary support provider for our testing software has allowed us to conduct testing more efficiently. Support is no longer considered a risk area for us at the Blood Service as we know JDS has it covered,” said Marie Vandenberg, NBMS Configuration and Validation Team, Australian Red Cross Blood Service.
